Happy 250th Independence weekend, all! Keith and Caleb take some time to discuss ‘rage bait’. A.K.A. Engagement Bait, rage bait plays on certain human tendencies to engage with certain content. We are seeing fresh examples in the gun space. Some intentional, for certain, but some likely nonsensical more out of boredom than conviction. If you want to know how to do something, it’s often more effective to confidently post how to do it wrong than it is to ask how to do it right. People will be along to correct you. Rage bait. Engagement bait. Currently floating about in the space is contrarian class rage bait, which we discuss. LPVOs are dumb, VFGs suck at everything and you’re stupid if you use one, and red dots on pistols are actually bad and always have been. Stuff like that. Be warned. Take our advice. Don’t take the bait (unless its just for funsies). It ain’t that serious, folks. Now treat that sunburn you all have.
